Dating Tip #1. Girls do not think it is funny to belch the alphabet or to make disgusting sounds with your hand in your armpit. Don’t even try the “Pull My Finger” joke. Even after girls have had a few drinks, they still don’t like it. These are the kind of things that are best kept for your buddies.

Dating Tip #2. Girls do not want to hear about your past girlfriends. They may listen and nod politely, but they really don’t want to hear it. They certainly don’t want to hear about the hot red head you went out with last week that had an incredible body. When you take a girl out for dinner or drinks, do not take her somewhere that you have taken other dates, or places that past girlfriends may be. Girls are not impressed when you are greeted by numerous women when you enter. Take your date somewhere different that will allow you to focus on getting to know her and not your old girlfriends.
Dating Tip #3. Girls are not crazy about a guy showing up at their door for a date with a cheap pizza. They also don’t want to see you coming to their door in a old t-shirt and ratty jeans. Take a shower, brush your teeth, put some nice clothes on and maybe even pick up some flowers. She would probably be polite and not say anything, but she may have to think hard when you call about a second date.
Dating Tip #4. When you take your girl out for dinner, do not take her to a buffet and do not use coupons. Everyone can appreciate a bargain, but you don’t want your date to think that she not worth full price. Save your coupons for going out with the guys or when you take your mother out for dinner. Again, think ahead about getting the next date with her.
Dating Tip #5. Girls are not happy when you show up late for a date. Some guys have a hard time being able to get anywhere on time. Make the extra effort to be there on time. Things happen, if you must be late for some reason call ahead, apologize and let her know that you will be late, and tell her why. She will appreciate the consideration rather than waiting around for you and wondering if you ditched her.
