How is your sex life? Are you happy when it comes to bedroom activities? If you don’t like your honest answer to either one of those questions there could be multiple reasons. One possible reason that we will be talking about is your weight. Do you think that your body weight may have something to do with your disappointing sex life? If you are carrying more weight than normal,  it is likely to have something to do with it.

You may know that you have put some weight on, but you think your unhappy sex life has nothing to do with a few extra pounds (depends what you call a few extra pounds). After some thought you finally ask, can losing that extra weight really improve my sex life. Losing weight can improve your sex life, but it is not the answer to all sex life problems. The increased self confidence allowed the them to enjoy it more. They are more confident, more familiar with their bodies and more thoroughly engaged. The physical part of the sex may have been the same as it has always been, but they enjoyed it more with their new frame of mind and increased confidence.

Experimenting in the bedroom can be a great way to keep things exciting and hot. Your higher self confidence in the bedroom may open you up to different sexual positions and new ways to pleasure your partner.

Your new body image and self confidence in the bedroom may have you looking for ways to improve your sex life even more. You might consider experimenting with role playing, sex in different rooms or places, costumes or lingerie, videos or playing out fantasies. This kind of experimenting can do wonders for your sex life and also strengthen your relationship outside the bedroom. Consider it a hobby that you both can enjoy together.

I should have mentioned this first, but make sure you consider your partner when it comes to experimenting in the bedroom. Depending on your relationship, you may need to talk about your desires and ideas so you don’t freak them out. When you lose those extra pounds your partner should like the improvement. I am sure your partner loves you as you were before you lost weight and will love you after you lose weight, but the new look will make you more attractive to them. The change alone can bring an extra spark to your relationship. Tell them that you are losing the weight to improve your sex life. Let your partner know that improving your sex life is important to you.

If you are looking for a way to improve your sex life, weight loss might be one of the first things to consider if you are carrying some extra pounds. Set some goals for your weight loss and your reward will be an improved sex life and relationship. You might even consider a plan to include your man or woman and both of you can lose some weight and get in better shape. Both of you can be rewarded in many ways.

Use some common sense where weight loss is concerned, if you are already thin, weight loss is not needed and can be dangerous. If you are overweight, consider talking to your doctor before starting a new diet or exercise plan. Drop a couple pounds and enjoy!
